Underworld:Evolution & Some School Stuff

Ok I saw Underworld:Evolution on saturday. I was going to go see it on Friday with my 7 yr old nephew who usually goes to the movies with me if I am not going alone. However I didn’t get to go see it on Friday which turned out to be a good thing.

SPOILER ALERT!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<%spoiler%>Ok well there is a sex scene between Michael and Selene, so no kids people… unless they are at arms length and you can cover there eyes. I found the scene to be useless and a waste of time, sort of a filler scene. Then a few minutes later we see a brief other one with another vampier. I dont know why the director thought to put them in the movie, they completley took away from the movie in my opinion.

But other than that it was a great movie. Finally a sequal to a movie that IS GREAT!! And not a sequal just to make a movie and try to capatolize on the first one (i.e. FAF2). Seeing Marcus was great, Michael it looked like they made him look a bit more Lycan than the first which is retarded since there is maybe a few hours suppose to have gone by in the timeline from the firt movie to the 2nd movie.

This is a great movie, go watch it… with no kids.

Now onto school, I have now gone to each of the classes that I chose once. I am taking on Mondays: Intro to Writing Fiction. Tue. I have Intro to Cinema, and Macromedia Flash. Then on Thur. Intro 2 Cinema again.

I think overall the most challenging that I will enjoy will be the Fiction class… in which in the first class (yesterday), I had 15 minutes to write a story on a potato… yep a potato. Macromedia will be interesting and I hope to learn more website related flash then just making things move and animations and such like that. My Cinema class I am taking for pure interest, I had wanted contemporary but didnt have a time I could attend. But this class is fine, it focus’ on movies made up to 1960… so I am having a hard time choosing one for my semester assignment… since I wasnt born more then 20 years later. The only movies Ive seen made before 1960 are Shirley Temple movis, Elvis movies, and I think thats about it.

Ok…Golden Globe Winners…

Ok, well I saw the Globes tonight, I was shocked Heath didnt win for Bext Actor, or Johnny Depp, but I understand why Jouaquin did win. And I had heard that he did his own singing in “Walk The Line” but I hadnt heard any confirmation… until tonight that is. I must say he deserved the award.

Jonathan Reese Meyers won for best actor in a mini-series for “Elvis” which I wanted him to win. So that was great.

Brokeback Mountain won for Best Mition picture Drama.

There wasnt much else I liked, as they left out great shows, great actors/actress’ that should have been nominated, but the Members of the Foreign Press are always moronic idiots. We shall see what happens at the Academy Awards.

And I had kept hearing in advertisments and such for the Globes, “hosting Queen Latifa.” WTF? She came out in the begining, then once more…. and that was it. WTF was that? That wasnt hosting, that was “appearing.”

Whatever… well I start classes today, Macromedia Flash, and Intro to Cinema. PLEASE PLEAE OH PLEASE let Intro to Cinema be a good class, a fun class… OH PLEASE!!!!

And then Monday I start Intro to Writing Fiction… I hope its not difficult.

Back 2 School…again

Well I start classes again at PCC. This semester I decided to take Computer Graphics:Macromedia Flash… I am hoping its the right class to learn how to make layouts with flash… and simply just learn how to use it. I am also taking Introduction to Fiction, and I am guessing that will be ALOT of writing. And another that I am not sure about yet that I signed up for was Introduction to Cinema. I had wanted Contemporary Cinema but thare wasnt a time in which I would have been able to go.

So now I got Macromedia on Mon, Intro to Fiction and Intro to Cinema on Tuesday, and Intro to Cinema on Thursday as well. (note to self make sure to program tv shows lol)

Ok now after hearing how Jessica Simpson told him she wanted a divorce (she sent him a damn email), you cant help feel sorry for him. Hell every Newleyweds episode you see, you feel sorry for Nick, and wonder why he is with her.

BUT NOW Nick goes and does this… mentions he use to wear and walk around in Jessica’s SHOES!! WTF!!!???? Nick… you cant go around telling reporters, magazines this type of stuff… come on man…

Bush is full of shit… & Chronicles of Narnia…

Ok before anyone emails me, or comments about this, I voted for Bush… I did not want Kerry as a president, so I voted for Bush.

Now I regret it, this man has troops over sea’s still, almost every week we hear another few soldiers have died. THERE IS NO NEED FOR MORE TO DIE!! He wont let them come home even though he has admitted that he went to war under FALSE INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION!

AND NOW HE IS SPYING ON US! Leaked mid December was information about a program that Bush SECRETLEY signed allowign without a warrant to monitor phone calls, and emails, supposably only to some suspected people.

BULLSHIT. Mr. President… you are on a power trip… you fucked up and now dont know how to pull yourself out of the hole you dug.

LET THE TROOPS COME HOME! AND QUIT SPYING BECAUSE YOU SCREWED UP!

This is my opinion, and this is what I BELIEVE, so if you don’t agree then that is fine, that’s your right, so remember this is my right to say what I want, on my personal website.

And on another note, Chronicles of Narnia has grossed over 200 Million dollars, and is still taking in the money. They believe that it will be the most, or at least top 2 highest grossing movie in 2005.
