posted @ 19:13 in [ Chapter 10 ]

“CLARK! YOU SON OF A…”

“Well good morning to you too,” Clark told Bo* as he walked into the room.

“Untie me now!” Bo* demanded. Clark had not only put him in the bed, but had tied him to the bed.

“I don’t think so,” Clark told him.

“I don’t need to be tied!” Bo* said.

“I think you do, so shut up cause I’m not letting you go,” Clark said walking out of the room when he heard the doorbell. Clark went downstairs and opened the door shocked to see who was standing there.

“Luke… hi,” Clark said.

Luke looked at him wary, “Bo*… where is he.”

“In my room,” Clark said.

Luke then pushed past Clark and ran upstairs, Clark ran after him stopping as they got to Clark’s bedroom door.

“Uncle Luke,” Bo* said.

“I took a plane, had to wait most of the night at the Hazzard airport,” Luke said, “even though it aint that big, there was plane trouble…” he then realized Bo* was tied up, “what do you think your doing?” Luke asked Clark.

“He went crazy again last night,” Clark said sensing Luke’s anger towards him, “he was drunk, and was shooting a gun, thought he was going to shoot himself,” Clark said.

Luke looked at Bo*, “Is that true?”

Bo* didn’t answer.

“Clark can you leave us alone for a minute,” Luke told him.

“Ok…” Clark went down stairs, and of course ease dropped on the situation since Luke had closed the door.

“Bo*, how could you, how could you stop taking your medication!” Luke was angry.

“I didn’t mean to stop completely… I just thought I didn’t need them as much. But then I don’t know…” Bo* replied.

“You knew what could happen if you stopped! Why Bo*? Why would you do that!” Luke scolded.

“I HAD TOO! I couldn’t come here… not normal… I thought if I stopped my meds… it would help…” Bo* told him.

“You were driving without being on your medication Bo*! You wouldn’t have chased Bo* and Clark in Uncle Jesse’s car if you were thinking straight! Which you would have if you were on your medication! I wouldn’t have known hadn’t Amanda showed up and told me!” Luke yelled at him.

They were yelling at each other loud enough Clark didn’t really need to use his super hearing, although he still did.

“I’m sorry… I’m sorry,” Bo* said trying to hold back tears.

“Shh,” Luke went up and pulled Bo* as much as he could, being Bo* was still tied up, and held him in a hug, Bo* being unable to hug back because his arms were tied down.

“I’m sorry,” Bo* broke down in Luke’s arms.

“I’m sorry too, I should have seen it, I should have known. I was so caught up with coming here, with seeing Bo, I didn’t see it,” Luke told him still holding him.

“I’m confused, I don’t know what to do,” Bo* told him.

Luke pulled away from him and got up, and got something out of his pocket. A bottle of prescribed medication, “I know what your going to do now, your going to take these,” Luke held 2 pills in his hands, I saw Doc Thomas before going to the airport, he gave me these, a bit stronger then your normal medication, but that’s to help balance you out, since you’ve been off of them, and then you can go back to these,” Luke pulled out another bottle, “once a day again, your regular dosage.”

“Ok,” Bo* told him.

Luke put the pills into Bo’s* mouth, and then held up a glass of water what had been sitting on the computer desk.

“Can you untie me now,” Bo* told him after taking the pills.

Luke walked over to the door and opened it, “in a couple of hours Bo*, you need some sleep,” Luke said walking out closing the door.

“UNTIE ME!” Bo* shouted from inside the room.

Luke walked downstairs to see Clark sitting on the sofa.

“Where’s your dad,” Luke asked.

“The hospital,” Clark told him.

“Where’s your mom?” Luke asked.

“The hospital,” Clark said again.

“What’s wrong with them?” Luke asked.

“My dad fell from the top level of the barn, my mom… I don’t know,” Clark told him, “she got sick suddenly,” Clark said.

“Who the hell do you all think you are? Knowing Bo* was here, safe, and NO ONE called to tell me that he was ok,” Luke said.

Clark stood up and looked at Luke, “well his *dad* decided it was long overdue he and Bo* had some time together,” Clark said emphasizing the word dad.

“Don’t you dare try and talk down to me,” Luke told him, “I have been Bo’s* father since the day he was born, it don’t matter how it came about, but it did, and I had the right to know that he was ok!” Luke said holding back his temper, and his tears.

“Maybe so, but don’t you think my dad deserves a chance to get… whatever it is he wants from Bo*, whether we like it or not,” Clark told Luke.

“I know you hate him, and I know why, but you don’t know everything,” Luke said glancing up to the direction of Clark’s room, “are those ropes secured?”

“Yes,” Clark smile almost evil.

“Guess they would be, lets go,” Luke said.

“Where?” Clark asked.

“The hospital, I’m not gonna repeat what I have to say,” Luke said stepping outside, and jumping into the General. He grabbed the keys from Clark’s room as well; they had been on the dresser.
